Internationally recognised qualifications-the Australian Education and Training System is recognised internationally as one of the best in the world.
Working While You Study-The students can apply for a work permit and work up to 20 hours per week provided that work does not interfere with their studies. During official holidays between semesters there are no restrictions on the number of hours you may work. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find part-time work. Students must ensure their financial independence before coming to Australia.
Work Rights for Your Spouse- If you have a husband or wife who accompanies you in Australia for the duration of your study, your partner can also apply for a work visa. The work conditions for spouses vary depending on the course that the student is undertaking.
Schooling for Your Children- You are welcome to bring your children with you to Australia. They can also attend schools in Australia as a full-fee paying student.
Your Rights- Everyone in Australia has the rights, including rights to privacy, freedom to practice your own culture or religion and the right of “assumed innocence” (that is, you are not treated as ‘guilty’ unless you are proven to be). Being harassed or discriminated against because of your race, sex, sexuality, religion or social status is not tolerated in Australia.
