AAMS’s main campus is at 14 Douglas Road, Quakers Hill (20 minutes from Parramtta CBD). Keeping in view the projected growth in demand for enrolments at AAMS, we have Wi-Fi enabled class rooms, IT labs with ample computer terminals, conference room, student refreshment & recreation area etc. These facilities will continue to grow on a regular basis reflecting our institute’s continuing commitment to providing quality education to all our students.

INDUCTION ON ARRIVAL– Orientation is conducted on the first day of course commencement. Its purpose is to fully inform new students of most aspects of life at the college and provide an introduction to studying, Sydney’s costs of living, transportation, facilities and accommodation. Your site induction will include site safety induction, site security briefing, orientation to the area, academic progress and further study options that are available during and after the course of study.
ACCESS & EQUITY– AAMS applies access and equity principals and provides timely and appropriate information, advice and support that assist clients to identify and achieve their desired outcomes. Academy’s staff endeavor to provide the same level of services to all prospective and enrolled students.
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
AAMS is committed to its obligation under the Standards for NVR registered training organisation for national recognition.
National recognition is the process that credit award for Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTO) enabling individuals to receive national recognition of their achievements.
Credit can be either a direct recognition of a course completed at another RTO or a combination of national recognition and credit transfer. Contact AAMS for further information.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)- Recognition of Prior Learning is the process that recognises a student’s current skills and experience regardless of where and when the learning occurred. Applications for RPL are based on whole competencies. AAMS offers the RPL process to all applicants on enrolment and provides adequate information and support to enable applicants to gather reliable evidence to support their claim for recognition of competencies currently held regardless of how, when and where the learning occurred.
WELFARE & GUIDANCE– The Academy is committed to accommodate special circumstances (such as disability) of individual students.
COMPLAINTS & APPEALS PROCEDURES– AAMS endeavors to create a positive learning environment free of coercion, unfair treatment or harassment of students to achieve their personal best through the provision of valid learning and assessment tools and strategies needs. AAMS has a fair and open Grievances Policy to address any student complaints or appeal and provides that outcomes are recorded in writing.
PROTECTION OF TUITION FEE PAID IN ADVANCE– Students fee paid in advance to AAMS is securely stored and managed.
